How to choose a lead generation company in the US
What to decide before you call, which questions separate one firm from another, and why each of the 12 lead generation companies on this list is here. Each was checked against its own site and at least one independent source. Nobody pays to be ranked.
What you are hiring
A lead generation company is hired to produce qualified conversations. The word that matters is qualified. If two firms do not share your definition, their prices are not prices for the same thing.
Write the definition before you take meetings: the title, the company size, the problem, and what a bad lead looks like. Firms that will not work against a written definition are a poor fit for this job.
Decide this before you call
Write these down before you talk to a lead generation company. A vague brief produces a vague price.
- Write the lead definition, including who is not a lead.
- Say what happens to a lead in the first day, and who calls them.
- Decide whether you want appointments, inquiries, or a named-account list.
- Set a volume you can actually follow up. Buying leads you cannot call is a waste.
Questions worth asking
Ask each firm the same list. The useful part is the difference in the answers, not a polished version of the question.
- What do you do with a lead that does not match the definition?
- Where do the names come from, and what do you refuse to do to get them?
- Who writes the outreach, and can we approve it?
- What does the first thirty days look like, before any volume promise?
- How do you want the handoff into our CRM to work?
Hiring in the US
This is a short list of lead generation companies that do the work at a national scale. It is not a directory of every firm in the United States. State and city pages show where the listed firms are based, and only where the list has enough firms to say something.
Hiring across states is normal for this work. Ask which time zone the account runs on, who attends your meetings, and where the people doing the work sit.
What this list shows
12 lead generation companies are on this list in the US, re-checked September 28, 2026. Nobody pays to be ranked. They are based in Austin, TX (1); Boca Raton, FL (1); Dover, DE (1); Encino, CA (1); Las Vegas, NV (1); Littleton, CO (1); Los Angeles, CA (1); Miami, FL (1), and 4 more cities.
Where a team size is stated: 1 is 11–50 people, 1 is 201–500 people, 2 are 500+ people, 2 are 51–200 people. 6 do not state a size.
11 of 12 state a founding year. The earliest stated year is 1995 and the latest is 2018.
10 of 12 name a leader. 5 of 12 name at least one client. 4 of 12 publish a price. If a profile leaves a line out, no source stated it.
Specialties named by more than one firm: B2B appointment setting (5); appointment setting (3); LinkedIn lead generation (3); account-based marketing (2); cold email outreach (2); lead qualification (2).
In the list's order: Televerde, Callbox, Intelemark, memoryBlue, EBQ, SalesRoads, Abstrakt Marketing Group, Leadium, CIENCE, SalesHive, Belkins, Cleverly.
How to use this list
Write the job in one paragraph. Keep the two or three firms whose reason for being here matches that job.
Open each profile. It says who leads the firm, work they can show, and a price if they published one. If they did not publish a price, the profile shows a typical estimate and says it is not a quote.
Then ask each firm for one piece of work like yours, and the name of the person who would do it.
The order weighs how long the firm has done the work, clients it can name, its size, and how clear its specialism is. Nobody pays to be ranked.
One card is marked Featured. It is paid placement for Fracs, which shares this list's publisher. It sits outside the ranking.
If a profile leaves out a leader, a price, or a founding year, no source stated it.

By place
These pages group firms that share a city or a state on this list. A place with one listed firm links from the comparison page straight to that firm's profile.
Describe the job. One lead generation company writes back.
Tell us what you sell, what is not working, and what done looks like. We read it and ask one provider — from this list, or from the publisher’s bench — to contact you within a business day. Asking is free. You do not have to hire them. Nobody else gets what you wrote.
